Individual Therapy — $80–175 per session

I offer individual weekly and biweekly therapy with sliding-scale rates based on self-reported income. A reduced $80 weekly rate is available for clients impacted by ICE or involved in activist work.

I am currently in network with Moda, UnitedHealthcare/Optum, Blue Cross Blue Shield/Regence, and Kaiser. Coverage and client responsibility vary by individual plan, and I’m happy to help you determine whether I am in network with your specific policy.

Sessions are available by video or phone throughout Oregon, with in-person walk-and-talk sessions available in Eugene.
