I’m so glad you are here
I offer individual counseling for adults through existential, humanistic, feminist, and psychodynamic frameworks.
I work with people navigating relationships, sexuality, identity, trauma, life transitions, mood, self-understanding, and the often complicated process of figuring out who you are and how you want to live. I specialize in relationship issues, including ethical non-monogamy and polyamory, and particularly enjoy working with people who feel unconventional, deeply introspective, or outside of the boxes they have been expected to fit into.
My work is grounded in curiosity, authenticity, and an awareness of the ways our relationships, histories, identities, and larger systems shape us. Rather than telling you who you should be, I want to help you understand yourself more deeply, recognize the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and find your way toward a life that feels more connected, intentional, and authentically your own.
For clients who want to go deeper, I also offer longer-form and intensive therapeutic work, and I will be offering Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy starting 2027.
Spirituality is important to me personally, and when it is meaningful to the client, I welcome the integration of spiritual and symbolic practices into our work.
Above all, I want therapy to be a place where you are able to bring the complexity of who you are without having to make yourself smaller, simpler, or easier to understand.

About me
-
My education started at Portland State University where I got my BS in psychology. I then attended Northwestern University where I received my MA in clinical counseling, studying Psychodynamic and Existential theoretical frameworks.
-
I primarily identify as a feminist therapist, which means I pay attention not only to your internal world, but also to the larger systems, relationships, identities, and power dynamics that shape your experience. My work is also deeply informed by existential and psychodynamic theory, with an emphasis on understanding the patterns we carry, the meaning we make of our lives, and the parts of ourselves that may exist outside of immediate awareness. At the center of all of this is a humanistic belief in meeting you with curiosity, respect, and genuine regard for who you are. -
Spirituality is important to me personally, and I welcome it into therapy when it is meaningful to you. For clients who are interested, our work may include astrology, tarot, ritual, symbolism, or other practices as ways of exploring meaning and connecting more deeply with your own inner life. These practices are always optional and guided by your interests and worldview.
